Cindy Levicoff, Relationship Manager

Cindy oversees the client relations and new business areas. With a background in banking, cash and service management, she uses her areas of expertise to coordinate our clients’ needs as they relate to our business partners. She is licensed in Life & Health in the state of New Jersey and has her Series 6 & 63 designations. She is currently pursuing her Series 7.

In addition, Cindy is a “sports mom” to her active 18 year old & her 23 year old sons. She also enjoys a strong and unconditional bond with her large extended family.

I bet you didn’t know:

  • She is not a NJ native – Cindy was born in Claymont Delaware and moved across the country for the start of first grade to Omaha, Nebraska. By the end of first grade, she moved across the country once again to Framingham, Massachusetts. Then, at the end of sixth grade, her family relocated once more to Cherry Hill, NJ. She has no intention of moving again unless she becomes a millionaire where she will be forced to purchase an island for her own private getaways. Keep a look out for a personal invitation!
  • Her best kept secrets! – Cindy has two sons. Evan is in his second year of law school and Jared is in his second year of undergraduate study. She is still trying to figure out where the years went with the boys and how she got to her current age….SHHHHHH, this is still a secret!
  • Cindy met her husband Scott when she was getting ready to graduate from Cherry Hill East. They met at Kaminski’s, the local hangout for teenagers at the time. She invited him to go to the senior prom with her and he declined. After all, he was a whole year older, and way beyond a high school prom. He was playing semi-professional baseball in Jacksonville Florida for the Jacksonville Cardinals AA team. Don’t worry about the prom situation, she reminds him of it every chance she gets! They will be married for 28 years in November. Scott is a sales representative at a local printer. He has been in the business for over 30 years and still is a baseball enthusiast.
  • Cindy’s childhood best friend and neighbor in Delaware was Valerie Bertinelli. The families lost touch soon after Cindy’s family moved to Massachusetts.  Valerie’s father worked for one of the car companies and moved around the country too.
  • How She Spends Her Time-Cindy spends much of her time with her extended family as her family is the top priority in her life. She is currently studying and preparing to take the Series 7 securities exam.
  • Her Favorite Pastime: A bucket of popcorn and a good movie, and don’t forget the diet pepsi!

Laura (Higgins) Stupar, Certified Para-Planner

Laura Higgins-Stupar graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, as well as, a Minor in Sociology. Laura is licensed for Life & Health Insurance in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has her Series 6 & 63 designations and is a Certified
Para Planner. She is currently pursuing her Series 65.

Laura is also a former Division One Lacrosse player from Penn State. She enjoys physical fitness, traveling and Philadelphia sports teams. Laura currently resides in South Jersey with her husband Jonathan and their children Avianna, Raelynn, and Brooks.

I bet you didn’t know:

  • Back in her high school glory days, Laura made both the Varsity Soccer and Lacrosse team. She went on to being named captain for both teams her Senior Year.  She took her lacrosse skills to the next level and received an athletic scholarship at Pennsylvania State University.

How she ended up at Family Wealth Management:

  • After graduating from PSU with a Communications degree, the last place she thought she would be is working for her father (despite telling people she would when she was a little girl.) After being an independent insurance agent for a year with Mutual of Omaha, she saw the potential and family like atmosphere with Family Wealth.  She approached Marty about applying for an opening he had at the time and he was all on board.  She knew it would be hard work, but after taking & passing both her Series 6 and Series 63 exams, she knew would become a valuable asset to the company.  It has now been 5 years since Laura joined Family Wealth Management and she is happier than ever.

Why she lived in Pittsburgh for 2 years:

  • Laura and her husband Jonathan got married in April 2012 and had no idea where they would end up. Jonathan was a Tight-End in the NFL and due to the NFL lockout that occurred he was not on an active roster at that time.  Making the decision to retire from the NFL was not easy but they know they had to set roots somewhere.  Her husband took a position with Bio Met Surgical in Pittsburgh and off they went.  Laura was still able to provide the same level of service from Pittsburgh by working remotely.  After giving birth to a baby girl named Avianna in August 2012, Laura and her husband were finding even more reasons to come back to NJ to visit.  It wasn’t until she became pregnant with their second, they knew they needed to be back in NJ.  Jon accepted a position with NFL Alumni and they moved back in October 2014!

If she could have one super power:

  • “Being able to transport immediately so I can see my family at any time without paying an arm and a leg for a flight or driving 6 hours with a baby!”

What She’s into:

  • Working out, eating healthy and hanging out with her husband and their two daughters. She loves to travel and see her college friends as much as she can.  Living a healthy and active lifestyle are very important to Laura.

Interesting fact:

  • Laura had lunch and walked the Great Wall of China with Bill & Giuliana Rancic in 2011.

Scott Higgins, Representative

Scott Higgins provides insurance products to help his clients through life’s transitions. He graduated from the University of Delaware and is licensed for Life, Health & Accident Insurance.

He is currently pursuing his Series 7 license for securities.

Since graduating, Scott helped local small business owners attract and maintain their ideal customer, and also started up a real estate investing business in NJ in order to provide an alternative solution to people needing to buy or sell a home.

Scott is a former division One Lacrosse player from the University of Delaware. He enjoys playing golf, working out and watching sports. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.

I bet you didn’t know:

  • Scott’s youth travel soccer team was ranked top 10 in the nation. In high school Scott made the Varsity soccer team his freshman year and led the team in scoring for the following 3 years. He also played Lacrosse for Eastern high school, which he had no idea existed until the spring going into the freshman year. He ended up receiving a Division One scholarship to play lacrosse at the University of Delaware. Scott was awarded the Eastern Viking Award which is awarded to the best male and female athlete during their senior year.

If he could have one super power:

  • If Scott could have one super power it would be to have the ability to transform into anything. Mainly because I think it would be hilarious to be out to eat with my friends and then randomly transform into a pig.

Interesting fact:

  • Scott ran the 40yrd dash in 4.4seconds which is equivalent to going over 18.5mph. There’s also a 99% chance he would pull his hamstring if he tried that again.

How he ended up at Family Wealth Management:

  • Prior to working at Family Wealth Management, Scott started a real estate investing business in NJ, in order to provide an alternative solution for people needing to buy or sell a home. Even though this venture went well, Scott knew he wanted to be able to make a bigger impact on people’s lives and establish a solid long term relationship. He realized that he would be able to accomplish that here at FWM and the rest is history.

What He’s into:

  • Scott enjoys working out and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys trying to pretend is good at playing golf on the weekends.
